Life’s biggest transaction. In 7 days.
Selling homes. From over the phone to fully automated.
When Upstix wanted to grow, the old way of selling homes couldn’t keep up. Long forms. Longer calls. Opaque processes. We helped them cut through all that, automating manual processes to give users an instant valuation &better way to sell.

Manual processes? Gone.
The app transforms a people-heavy workflow into a fully automated process. Users simply enter their postcode for an instant AI-powered valuation based on UK household data. AI agents call users to gather extra insights &progress the sale. Even users who decline the offer are directed to the best local estate agents. Every point of contact creates value, dramatically increasing leads while snipping operating costs.

Signups. Scaled.
We built the app with the JavaScript framework Next.js. This was so we could blend frontend &backend in one codebase (faster to build, easier to change). &because Upstix’s positioning evolves quickly, the tech had to keep up. We swapped manual data entry – too slow – for Social Auth (Google, Facebook or Apple). This boosted sign-ups. Then we used Supabase to stitch it all together.
Finally, we built their new website in Webflow because it’s fast, scalable &easy to update. With no brand assets, we used AI to generate a whole image library, launched in under a month &still kept the look consistent.

Accessible. As standard.
We put accessibility front ¢re, especially for mobile. We used shadcn/ui with Radix to build quickly without sacrificing UX. Instead of Google Maps – too expensive to scale – we used MapBox. Branded it, too. &to tackle fuzzy API data, we brought in Zod: more predictability, fewer failures.
Every iteration bringing Upstix closer to market leadership.
Over the last 12 months, we’ve A/B tested and built a roadmap of conversion optimisations. Form drop-offs? Solved with social sign-in. Lead follow-ups? AI call agents that tailor offers.
