A clear design ethos, a playful logotype and a simplified user journey – our process for Giftify involved a clear, ambitious vision with a collaborative side. From the friendly illustrations and on-point photography, to the physical events and digital spaces, “always the perfect size” became more than a tagline.

The website complemented their vision, blending simplicity with playfulness for an optimised journey. We always design with scale in mind, so we included localisation support covering over 7 languages. With their secondary audience of B2C, we developed and integrated a custom app enabling users to find gift cards from shopping centres near their geo-location.
The site had a focus on driving conversions, and we deeply embedded Hubspot CRM including contextual forms and a multi-language blog, ensuring marketing was easy and tracking was unified. This led to their marketing team being able to produce content rapidly and grew users from zero to thousands in just months.
